It should not be about "winning all the time". On the coaching psychology page, it states:
Establish a fun teaching environment that results in winning (eventually).
Everyone likes to win, but the key to winning is learning and having fun. And by learning, it is not just the fundamentals of the game, but are the players developing a love and respect for the game? Is the game becoming more intuitive vs. mechanical? If you see the players developing this passion, this loyalty and this willingness to play, then the team is successful, despite the wins and losses. Oh, and generally, when this happens, the wins will happen. But the passion and skills must be developed first, and not the "need to win". There is a big difference between "needing to win" and having the "ability to win".
So focus on the passion for the game, creating a class and sportsmanship about the team, and finally, developing a deep understanding of the game. And, remember, when it comes to fundamentals:
Practice doesn't make perfect, Perfect Practice makes perfect!
