It isn't ALL about winning. Yes, it's nice, but It's not as important as making sacrifices as a team to win.

The game is found at heart, very simple, but you've gotta be determined, never give up, it's HARD out there, but to make it, never leave it. Always work hard for what you want, and you'll get it, I promise. As long as that hard dedication is made, that's all that matters, the talent comes natural after having perserverence and integrity.
