Making a cross with tape on your carpet or wood floor. This drill can be while your watching tv or even on a rainy day. As I was saying the catcher with or without gear squats in catchers position. Then jumps out of the position like throwing to first. Placing their left foot in the upper right corner and the right foot in the lower right. Then squat again jump up like throwing to second. Which means your left foot in the upper left and your right in the lower right corner.
Then squat one last time like you are throwing to third. Then jump up place your left foot in th lower left and your right foot in the lower right. You should keep doing this repeatedly this will strengthen your calfs and hamstrings. This drill is to be done very fast it may hurt a little at first but trust me it leads to success.
